The TSi 150CC Geothermal Package brings together pumping, misting, grouting, and 2-inch plumbing to support geothermal borehole construction. Designed for the TSi 150CC sonic drill rig, the configuration addresses the fluid-management and circulation needs of geothermal drilling.

Component Details
Centerline Pump
The hydraulic Centerline mud pump delivers up to 150 GPM through the 2-inch water line. A 60-gallon water tank is built into its mounting base.
The tank can connect to the standard FMC Bean pump for tasks that need a smaller amount of water, such as operating the washdown gun or cleaning a core barrel.
Mist Pump
The additional mist pump supplies water to the borehole when drilling with compressed air. Its lower flow allows the driller to control dust while limiting water use.
Grout Pump
The progressive cavity grout pump handles heavy, viscous materials, including grout and drilling mud. The package pairs the LL6 grout pump with the standard FMC 42 GPM pump.
2-Inch Water Line
The larger water line carries water or air down the borehole and is integrated into the rig tower to keep the work area clear. The standard 1-inch line and FMC Bean pump remain installed for conditions where water availability is limited.
On the 150CC Compact-Crawler, the 2-inch water-line inlet sits at the front-left corner of the rig and uses a hammer union for the hose connection.
